Mailswift provides managed email infrastructure solutions tailored for SaaS Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Our services include domain setup, inbox management, email deliverability optimization, and ongoing support to ensure your email campaigns perform effectively.
3. Termination of Services

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription within 3 months by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, all domains and inboxes will be transferred to you within 14 business days.

Expiration: The agreement automatically ends after one year. Certain sections, including Confidentiality and Privacy, remain in effect post-termination.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private and use it only to fulfill the agreement. Confidential information does not include publicly available data or information already known before disclosure.
6. Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability
Mailswift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Site with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
